We are currently experiencing a huge increase in the volume of telephone calls and personal visitors to our shop. Don’t get us wrong, this is great, we want to be able to help as many customers as we can! The only problem is that everybody seems to ring us and come in to see us at the same time, which can obviously make it difficult to answer everyone’s queries in a timely manner.
We know a lot of callers are experiencing long waits on the telephone whilst we are all busy helping other customers – we promise, we are not ignoring you, the phones are just ringing relentlessly all day!
Don’t forget, if your enquiry is simply asking if a part will fit your particular car, the answer is usually in the description. We have a great search facility on our website where all you need to do is search using the part number or description, and in most instances, you will be able to find the parts you need yourself with just one click!
If you do need some advice or help before ordering, email us at email@example.com with the details of your Land Rover:
- The registration number and/or VIN number
- The model and year (don’t just tell us it is a green Land Rover!)
- Details of the exact parts that you require including left or right if applicable
- If you require genuine, OEM, OE or aftermarket brands
- Where you want them posting to
- How you want to pay
- Your postcode or country would be very useful in helping us to work out any shipping costs too

If you are chasing up delivery of an order, please check the dispatch email that we would have sent you when your order was dispatched. Most parcels are sent by tracked mail or courier, you can check the tracking on the relevant website:
